*If you, or anyone you have been in contact with has been sick in the past 14 days prior to your appointment, please reschedule.
*If you have traveled by plane, you must wait 14 days to come into the salon
*Everyone who enters the salon must wear a mask upon entry. We do not provide any masks.
*We ask that you bring no personal items other then phone, keys, and form of payment into the salon.
*No food or drinks permitted
*For safety reasons, we ask that you please come alone and do NOT bring your children, or friends to your appointment.
*We ask that all clients please wait in their vehicle prior to appointment.
*If you should show up with any sign of sickness, you will be asked to leave and will not be permitted to reschedule at a further date.
We will notify you via text or call when implements, beds, chairs, etc. are sanitized and ready for you.
We love our clients & want to do everything we can to make sure we provide a safe environment. We appreciate your cooperation!
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that schedules change and things come up. We do however require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your appointment you must CALL or TEXT. We do not always see email or Instagram/Facebook message.
Clients cancelling with less then 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to rebook.
If you are excessively late (14 minutes or greater), please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charge a cancellation fee in the full amount for the service. We work very hard to schedule the proper amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest’s scheduled that day. Please keep in mind that we need more time to clean and sanitize between every service.
